A waitress put basketball and basketball shoes signed by Yao Ming on a table at a newly opened restaurant called Yeeha at Jing'an district in downtown Shanghai, China Wednesday 26 July 2006. Yeeha is recognized as the first outlet of Yao Restaurant & Bar in China, and for the reason to be named as Yeeha but not Yao, the Houston Yao Restaurant's managing director, Yu Di, who is also the vice manager of Yeeha admitted that 'Yao's parents haven't made up their mind about investing in a restaurant back in their hometown, thus the restaurant wouldn't be able to boast the Yao name before they participate.'
